Taylor formulates its reagents to maintain effectiveness for a minimum of one year, with very few exceptions—such as the liquid molybdenum indicator, which should be periodically tested against a standard after four months. As a general guideline, it's recommended to replace all reagents that are over a year old or at the start of each new testing season.
